Yesterday was an historic day in the life of Grandpa Brooks and Grandma Kathy, WE WENT TO A MOVIE!!!!!!!!! A little history about Brooks and myself and movies, we have not been to a movie in 12 to 13 years. The last movie I saw was the First Wives Club, and I couldn't even tell you the last movie Brooks went to, I do know it was when we lived in Moses Lake WA 1995.
It all started when Brooklynn called Grandpa and asked him to go to the movie with her and her family. Of course Grandpa said yes (he is very soft hearted when it comes to his grandkids). We went to High School Musical 3!!! It was a cute movie, Disney does such a great job in making movie for the youth. It's great that there are some Corporations out there that still know that there doesn't have to be violence and all that other crap to have a hit movie. If I am not wrong I think this will be the 3rd week that High School Musical is in the top spot for movies. Why do movie producers think that there needs to be violence, sex, and bad language for a movie to be a hit? I don't understand. The music in the movie was pretty catchy, and I have had a couple of the songs go through my head since we left. Thanks Brooklynn for asking us Grandma and Grandpa had a very nice afternoon.
