A new post finally!!!

It's been awhile since I posted because my computer of only two years died and I mean died. I now have to do my posting from Brooks desk top computer which I really don't like. Alot has happened in the last month and a half with Brooklynn's six birthday on June 18, what a fun and beautiful little girl she has become Grandma and Grandpa enjoy her so much, she is so smart and full of energy. She does tumbling and she loves it so much and she is getting really good at it, she does power star round offs, splits, back bends with one arm and is currently working on back handsprings. We love her so much. Then on July 5th Cam and Brandy blessed their beautiful little boy Anders Camron Reeder. Grandpa Brooks blessed him. Brandy and Cam had lunch for all at their home after the blessing. It was fun to see the family and friends support Cam and Brandy in such an important milestone in their lives. Anders has been such a joy and a blessing in their lives it just tickles Grandpa Brooks and Grandma Kathy to watch them be such good parents and be in aw of all the little things Anders does. He is truly a happy boy with parents that love him dearly. Brooks and I have taken several motorcycle rides this summer, but have pretty much stay local. It has amazed us how green it has been for saying it's the middle of July. One of our trips we invited Jan and Glen down to do the Mirror Lake ride which was beautiful, they arrived Friday night and so we took them on the Alpine loop ride to Cascade Springs. Then came back to the house for steak and chicken which Brooks cooked. Sorry the accommodations at the local hotel were not the greatest! We talked about dirty hotel rooms at dinner that night and I had to laugh Jan had to go to Smiths to buy Lysol to sanitize everything. I don't blame her I would have done the very same thing. Brooks and I have really enjoyed our bike, we think it has been so much fun just to jump on it and take a ride when every we want. Even though my kids (Candace) worries every time we get on it. The weekend of the 24th we went on another bike ride up to Logan by way of the scenic route, stayed with my mom which was great because we got to see family and enjoy the evening together. The next day we rode over Strawberry Canyon in Idaho then around Bear Lake and thru Logan Canyon. I still think Bear Lake and Logan Canyon are still one of the best rides. On the 29th of July I hit the half century mark, 50 although I still fill 29 (not really) but it was a good day calls from family and friends wishing me a great birthday. The evening was spent with Candace and Wade and the girls having pizza and good conversation. Happy 50th to myself. On Thursday mom and Deb came down to help celebrate my 50th I loved having them here and going to lunch, shopping, and just having the conversation we had, wish it could happen more often. On Friday Cam, Brandy and Anders came down to spend the evening, what a great time we had. We had a cookout with all of our kids, I hope it will happen more oftened. As for Anniston what a independent little girl, adorable, with a mind of her own, she thinks she needs to keep up with Brooklynn and all the kids that live around the block. We are still awaiting the arrival of little Hawkins, not to much time left and we will have another grandbaby. It will be fun to see two little boys grow up together. As for pictures I have them but still haven't figured out how to download them from the file they are in to this computer.
